Application Criteria
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management plan, to ensure effective and efficient change adoption across head office and sites
- Change management plan must align to all initiatives across head office and sites
- Provide weekly change management report (plan vs actual)
- Identify and provide solutions for resistance to change adoption
Experience
- Industry experience (3 – 5 years)
- Having executed change management on mid to large scale IT projects (SAP ERP, BI & BA, Digital transformation)
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of business and operations
- Excellent people and relations skills
- Excellent and diligent skills in developing change adoption strategy, producing report and communications strategy
- Excellent ability to influence change adoption
- Strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work and align with IT project Manager
- Organised and self-driven
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s and/or Post-graduate degree preferably in Behavioural Science
- Change management certification and registration
- Project management certification and registration (advantage)
- SAP certification (advantage)
Working Conditions
- Site based – Jhb
- Working hours 8am to 4pm (8hrs/day), Mon to Fri
- Contract – 6 months with possible extension
- Rate – negotiable
- Consent to conduct background checks subject to shortlisted candidates, only
