Ghalib Rassool is the Founder and CEO of Khaliphile Management Consulting (KMC), which was established in 2009. Ghalib has 25 years’ experience in Business and Technology Strategy development and implementation, Management Consulting, Acquisition and Divestment SME (Operations & ICT), Business Head and Business Development. He is passionate about being a trusted advisor to clients to both private and public sector on Business Transformation and Operations Excellence. 

Since March 2021 to June 2023, Ghalib was contracted to Anglo American Corporate as Business Integration Manager for the Covid 19 laboratories. Prior to this he has been an independent contractor to PwC for the past 7 years were he has fulfilled roles ranging from Strategy Management, CIO, Strategic Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Business Solution Architecture, ICT due diligence studies, acquisition and divestment projects, integration and digital transformation. 

Ghalib was also Head of Strategic Industries at Alcatel Lucent, SAP and Business Intelligence Lead at Accenture, Managing Director at EOH Mining & Manufacturing (start-up) and Divisional Manager at Altech Information Systems now Bytes Solutions.
