Ghalib Rassool

Ghalib has 25 years’ experience in Management Consulting. He has a successful track record for having delivered several strategic and operations excellence initiatives for blue chip companies locally and internationally across Business and Technology Strategy development and implementation, Acquisition and Divestment SME (Operations & ICT), Business Head and Project Management of large-scale technology projects. He is passionate about being a trusted advisor to clients in both private and public sector on Business Transformation and Operations Excellence enabled through Technology and driving Business value.

Currently, Ghalib provides consulting advisory services on unlocking working capital and large-scale ERP Implementation Project Management. Since Jan 2021 to June 2023, Ghalib contracted to Anglo American Corporate as Business Integration/Unit Manager for the Covid 19 laboratories in Southern Africa. Ghalib’s extensive experience and skills enabled him to successfully manage the Covid 19 laboratories during the uncertain global pandemic crises. Prior to this he has been an independent contractor to PwC for 7 years were he has fulfilled roles ranging from Strategy Management, CIO, Strategic Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Business Solution Architecture, ICT due diligence assessments, acquisition and divestment projects, integration and digital transformation. Ghalib was also Head of Strategic Industries at Alcatel Lucent, SAP and Business Intelligence Lead at Accenture, Managing Director at EOH SAP Mining & Manufacturing (start-up) and Divisional Manager at Altech Information Systems now Bytes Solutions.

Ghalib’s width and depth of experience across most industries (Mining, Manufacturing, Energy, Telco, Health and Logistics) and technologies position him to be a trusted advisor to clients on solution value.
