Our operations are fully integrated with our supply chain. We have seamless communication and data sharing across all departments, allowing for real-time adjustments and optimized efficiency. This integration enables us to respond quickly to changes in demand, manage inventory effectively, and minimize costs.
Integration: Partial
Our operations are partially integrated with our supply chain. While we have established key connections between certain departments, there are still areas where manual processes or disconnected systems create bottlenecks. We are working on improving these areas to achieve better synchronization and efficiency.
Integration: Limited
There is limited integration between our operations and supply chain. Currently, different departments operate somewhat independently, leading to delays in information sharing and decision-making. We recognize the need for greater integration and are exploring options to streamline processes and improve collaboration.
Integration: None
There is currently no integration between our operations and supply chain. Each function operates independently, which has resulted in significant challenges in terms of efficiency, cost management, and responsiveness to market changes. We are aware of the need for integration and are planning to develop a strategy to address this.
